Dubai will build world's first temperature-controlled indoor city, Mall of the World.
Developer – Dubai Holding Area – 4.5 million m² It is a complex of residential and commercial facilities under a glass dome. It will be air-conditioned in the summer and open in the winter. The project includes:
- 100 hotels
- Apartment buildings
- The world's largest mall
- Parking for 50,000 cars
- 7-kilometer-long promenades
The сity is expected to be visited by 180+ million people per year.
31-storey hotel, W Dubai Mina Seyahi, will open on April 25, 2022.
Dubai Marina Includes 318 sea view rooms, infinity pool, 900-meter beach, rooftop restaurants and SPA.
Burj Al Arab is the most Instagrammable hotel in the world.
