In April 2024, 11,700 property transactions worth $8.8 billion were completed in Dubai, according to the Dubai Land Department data. 

Property deals show 45% volume rising and 23% value increasing compared to April 2023.

62% – 7,211 transactions worth $3.8 billion – Off-plan Properties

Compared to April 2023, existing volume rose by 7.5% (the value didn’t change) and off-plan volume rose by 85%, the value increased by 73%
