Otabek Inogamov

Otabek grew up in Uzbekistan and moved to Dubai in 2005-2006. After his first acquaintance with the city, he returned to his homeland, and then finally settled in Dubai in 2011.

Otabek has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Management. He also completed MTP-4, professional management training, in England and Poland.

Otabek's previous work experience is in the hospitality industry, sales, and business development. He has been working in the Dubai real estate market for 12 years, having worked his way up from consultant to manager.

Otabek specialized in the Tiara Residences residential complex on Palm Jumeirah. In one year, he rented out 150 apartments, achieving sales of over AED 100 million.

Otabek joined AX CAPITAL in 2021 as a real estate consultant and received the "Best Agent of the Month" award several times that year.

For his outstanding performance, Otabek was appointed Team Leader for the Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah areas in 2022.

Having performed exceptionally well in this position, Otabek was promoted to Sales Manager in 2023 and now successfully oversees more than 60 agents working in the beachfront areas of Dubai – from Port de La Mer to Bluewaters.

A little about personal life

Otabek is a person who always arrives at work an hour early. He strives to learn something new every day and share his knowledge. He always supports and encourages his colleagues.

Otabek is interested in martial arts, cross-fitness, and enjoys listening to historical podcasts.

When the opportunity arises, he travels around the UAE and abroad. He likes to spend his free time with his daughter. His main plan for the future is to ensure a good life for her.
