- A new agritourism project Agri Hub
A new agritourism project Agri Hub will open by 2030 in the Dubai desert.
The project will create 10,000 jobs and be the largest of its kind worldwide. Tourists will have a new eco-friendly shopping, dining and entertainment experience.
Phase II of Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan was approved by the Governments of Dubai and the UAE.
Phase includes:
- Еnhancing Urban Centers
- Dubai Real Estate Strategy
- Urban Farming Plan
- Preserving Urban Heritage plan
- Developing the 20-Minute City Policy
- Pedestrian Network Master Plan
The goal is to make Dubai an eco- and pedestrian-friendly city, and a city with a high yield from urban agriculture.
