Unique British restaurant The Spaniel opens in Dubai

The Spaniel, a new restaurant that blends the cozy charm of a brasserie with the sophistication of fine dining, has opened its doors on Bluewaters Island in Dubai. Guests can savor classic British dishes such as Beef Wellington for two, The Spaniel's signature Scotch egg with walnut ketchup, and a 10-hour slow-cooked lamb shank.

In addition to traditional favorites, the menu offers inventive twists on classics, including whole lobster with fries and Cod Tikka Masala served with fragrant rice. For dessert enthusiasts, the chef has crafted indulgent treats like "Cambridge Burnt Cream" and an "After Eight" chocolate tart.

The Spaniel spans two floors. The ground level provides a welcoming dining area, perfect for a leisurely meal with loved ones, while the upper floor features a vibrant bar offering an extensive range of British gins, draft beers, and signature cocktails.

Will Stanier, The Spaniel’s chef, is one of the UK’s most acclaimed culinary talents. With 16 years of experience, he has worked in renowned restaurants by Gordon Ramsay and Jason Atherton, and was recognized as the Best European Chef by Time Out in 2022.
