A unique floating pool will be arranged in Harbour Lights

Damac Properties will arrange a unique pool in the residential complex Harbour Lights that will float directly on the waters of the Persian Gulf.

The unusual structure will become the highlight of this premium project with one- to three-bedroom apartments.

“The developer has already procured a permit for a floating pool in front of the building, which all residents will have access to,” says Ruslan Sharipov, a broker at AX CAPITAL, a luxury real estate agency in Dubai.

The pool will occupy a designated recreation area with sun loungers, where residents can relax and have a great time admiring the Persian Gulf at their feet.

Conventional swimming pools will also be provided in this residential complex at the podium level and on the 24th floor. The designer luxury apartments will boast private pools.

Floor 51 of the high-rise tower Damac Harbour Lights will house a gym with state-of-the-art equipment and sweeping views.
