Abu Dhabi record-high hotel occupancy in August 2024
According to the analytical company, CoStar, compared to August 2023:
- Occupancy: 76%, rose by 11%
- Average Daily Rate (ADR): $118, rose by 8%
- Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR): $90, rose by 19%
The growth is linked to the hosting of 3 international sports events in Abu Dhabi.
