Aldar Properties plans to start 12 new projects in 2023 amid UAE property market recovery.
The developer will start one new project in Ras Al Khaimah and the rest will be in Abu Dhabi. Earlier, Aldar acquired a plot of land to launch its first seafront residential project in Ras Al Khaimah.
Samana Developers will launch 12 new projects in 2023 worth $680.6 million.
Among the projects will be residential complexes as well as hotels. In this year, the developer has already launched a residential complex with private pools, Samana Mykonos
