An elite residential complex with a golf club will be built in Dubai.
Dubai South Developer – US-based company, Discovery Land The community with area of 2 km² will include mansions, villas, an 18-hole golf course and infrastructure facilities.
Zorah Development Company has announced that construction work has begun at the luxury golf club.
Al Zorah The golf club is set in a stunning natural landscape with flowing dunes and 1 million m² area of mangrove forest. Includes an 18-hole Troon-branded golf course, pool for adults and kids, gym and tennis courts.
The Forbes reported that the founder of the Telegram messenger, Pavel Durov, received UAE citizenship in February 2021.
