New Requirements for Abu Dhabi Nurseries: Introduction of Arabic Language
The Abu Dhabi Department of Education has announced new regulations for nurseries in the emirate, aimed to familiarize children with Arabic and Emirate culture from an early age.
All nurseries in Abu Dhabi must hire teachers proficient in Arabic. Children will learn the language through play, including songs and various activities. The new requirements, affecting over 200 nurseries, will come into effect starting from the 2025-2026 academic year.
