150+ Dubai retail units are set to be release by Azizi Developments across its projects in communities:
- Al Furjan
- Azizi Riviera
- Creek Views
The developer have already sold the initially released 600+ units. In the Azizi Riviera project, following the announcement of the crystal lagoon, all commercial lagoon-facing units were sold out within days
Aldar Properties' record numbers for 2021
Aldar Properties, Abu Dhabi's leading developer, has announced record numbers for 2021. Compared to 2020:
- Revenue rose by 2% (up to $2.3 billion)
- Net profit rose by 21% (up to $644 million)
- Sales rose by 100% (up to $2 billion)
Dubai's business activity decreased in January 2022 compared to December 2021
According to the consultancy, IHS Markit Dubai:
- Purchasing Manager's Index – 52.6.
The highest results were recorded in the construction sector:
- Output reached the highest level since mid-2019.
