One Za'abeel has won two major awards

The complex won nominations from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH):

– Best Tall Building in the Middle East & Africa

– Best Tall Building, 300m and Above

The annual award is granted for extraordinary contributions to the advancement of the Tall+Urban environment.

In March, One Za'abeel broke a Guinness World Record as the longest cantilevered building. 

ZāZEN Properties has started handover of the UAE's first Leed Gold-certified residential project

ZāZEN Gardens was built in accordance with the Net Zero 2050 strategy.

The project provides:

– Reduction of 470 MT of Carbon Emissions Annually

– 390,000 kWh of Solar Energy 

New anti-dumping law has come into force in the UAE

According to Federal Decree-Law No. 36 of 2023, companies can no longer offer very low prices to eliminate competition.

The goal is to combat monopolistic practices and support private enterprises. The law will also regulate mergers and acquisitions in the local market.
