Biltmore is to open in Dubai

The first-ever residence in Dubai under the brand, Biltmore, to open in 2025

Hotels of the Biltmore chain are operating in Los Angeles, Tbilisi, and London. The Biltmore Sufouh Residences will be the brand's debut in the Middle East.

GJ Properties has built 16 projects for 2,000+ clients in Ajman,and the Northern Emirates; 25 projects are under construction.

The interiors of the residences in the two 44-storey towers are created by the internationally acclaimed design studio, Gary Greene Design.

The luxurious project features two collections: apartments in the Signature Collection, and penthouses in the Atmosphere Collection, situated across the top 6 floors of the towers.
