Binghatti Developers will launch 12 projects worth $2.7 billions
The developer has signed a strategic agreement with Dubai Land Department (DLD) to support the Dubai Real Estate Broker Program.
The program aims to attract UAE citizens to the real estate sector as:
- Buyers
- Brokers
- Employess
As part of the initiative, Binghatti will offer UAE investors:
– Exclusive Discounts
– Flexible Payment Plans
– 1% Agent Fee
Still in 2024, the developer plans to open a real estate academy to train professionals in the real estate field.
