Caesars Palace Dubai to be rebranded as a Banyan Tree hotel in November 2023

Dubai Holding, the developers of Bluewaters, has signed an agreement with the hotel chains, Banyan Tree Group and Ennismore to introduce a luxury hotels with private residences.
Banyan Tree Dubai will feature:
- 179 rooms, including 30 suites and a villa with 4 bedrooms, private entrance, pool and beach
- 96 residences with 1–4 bedrooms, outdoor swimming pools, and access to the hotel's facilities
The new hotel will comprise 5 restaurants and bars, and Banyan Tree SPA with:
- Gym and Yoga Spaces
- Mini Rainforests
- Hydrotherapy Pools and Treatment Rooms
Number of Golden Visas issued in H1 2023 in Dubai increased by 52%
– As compared to H1 2022
According to the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), the number of:
- Residency visas rose by 63%
- Tourist visas increased by 21%
