Completion deadlines are announced for the upscale off-plan project Ritz-Carlton Residences in Dubai Creekside

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, a new residential project with premium spa facilities and five-star hotel services, will be completed in Q1 2026.

This high-end project with low-rise buildings and a limited collection of top-notch opulent villas with a private spa, a garden, and a swimming pool was launched in Q4 2022. It will become the first residential complex under the Ritz-Carlton brand in Dubai.

The buildings will be located on the bank of the picturesque Dubai Creek near the wildlife reserve and the city centre. A sprawling waterfront promenade leads to the nearby communities that can be reached by foot or by bike.

While the construction is at the initial stages, the residences in this prestigious project can be purchased at the price below the market value. The developer offers a generous 60/40 instalment plan, where the down payment is 10%, and another 10% is paid in 30 days, followed by four more 10% payments every six months. The remaining 40% is payable upon construction completion.
