How Dubai's most anticipated megaproject is being created
The developer, Nakheel, has presented a report on the completed works in Palm Jebel Ali:
– May 2023: Ruler of Dubai approved the masterplan for the development of Palm Jebel Ali
– May 2024: Road construction started within the archipelago
– August 2024: Marine works in the megaproject began
– October 2024: Three contracts for the construction of villas on the first six fronds were signed, along with a contract for the development of two electrical substations
– November 2024: Launch of Beach Collection villa sales
