One of the tallest skyscrapers in Dubai, Uptown Tower, has topped out at the 329-metre mark.
The steel crown will be put in place during Q2 2022, which will elevate the total height to 340 metres. Completion – Q3 2022
Dubai Land Department has signed memorandum of understanding (MoUs) with 3 real estate portals:
- Bayut
- DXBinteract.com
- Property Finder
The portals will provide the Department with data on real estate prices by region, including:
- Buying and selling prices
- Changing prices depending on the stage of construction
The number of licenses issued through the e-Trader
According to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, the number of licenses issued through the e-Trader platform increased by 6%:
- 6,217 licenses in 2021 compared to 5,848 licenses in 2020.
