The Dubai Government has announced a global event, Dubai FinTech Summit.
It will take place on May 8-9, 2023. Madinat Jumeirah The summit will bring together:
- 100+ FinTech companies
- 5,000+ experts, thought leaders and policymakers
The goal is to strengthen Dubai's status as an international innovation hub and a leader in driving the future of finance.
Now, overseas-based property owners in Dubai can sell their units by granting Power of Attorney (PoA) to registered brokers.
Previously, it was forbidden to issue PoA for brokers or persons holding real estate related positions.
The UAE economy is on track to record strongest annual growth since 2011.
According to the forecasts of the analytical company, Oxford Economics, the UAE economy will increase by 6.8% in 2022. For comparison, in 2021 it increased by 3.8%.
