The Westin Paris – Vendôme hotel

Investment company Dubai Holding takes full ownership of The Westin Paris – Vendôme hotel in Paris, France.

Henderson Park and Dubai Holding had acquired the Paris hotel in a joint venture in 2018. The hotel, built in 1878, is one of the most sought-after real estate assets in Paris and occupies an area of 32,000+ m².

The iconic Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi has been renamed Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental.

The reconstruction of the hotel has recently been completed and guests are waiting for new rooms, restaurants, SPA and gym.

82% of Abu Dhabi homeowners will reinvest in the property market.

According to a survey conducted by international Internet company, YouGov:

• 67% of Abu Dhabi homeowners are willing to reinvest in 2023
• 60% are currently living in properties purchased
