In the Local Government Online Services Index 2022, Dubai ranked first in the Arab world and fifth globally (LOSI).

Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority plans to expand the metro by 20km and add 11 stations.
The Green Line will run from Al Jadaf across the Creek to Emaar's Dubai Harbour development and then onto Academic City. The Red Line will add 3.5km, and the Mirdif City Center shopping complex will become the final station.
The digital twin of Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world, is available in the metaverse.
Visitors can walk around the building and experience 360° views of Dubai. The project was launched by Eventcombo, a platform for organizing online events.
