Dubai ranked fourth among the cities in the world, where the largest number of luxury real estate was sold in 2022.

According to the consulting group, Knight Frank:

• 1. New York – 244 sales
• 2. Los Angeles - 225 sales
• 3. London – 223 sales

219 homes with $10 million plus price tags were sold in Dubai.

The UAE is the most popular country for expats, according to a survey by one of the world's largest banks, HSBC.

The main reasons for choosing the UAE:

• Increased earnings – 36%
• Family stability – 34%
• Making money go further – 37%
• Improved quality of life – 30%

Flydubai announced a net profit growth to $327 million in 2022.

This is 43% more than in 2021. Compared to 2021, revenues climbed by 75% to $2.5 billion. The airline carried 10.6 million passengers in 2022 – up 89% from 2021.
