According to the Dubai Land Department data, in June 2024, 14,209 property transactions worth $12.4 billion were completed in Dubai.
Property deals show 36% volume increased and 50% value rose compared to June 2023.

56% – 7,951 transactions worth $4.47 billion – Off-plan Properties
Compared to June 2023:
– Existing volume increased by 19%, the value rose by 66%
– Off-plan volume increased by 54%, the value rose by 28%
