– In November 2024, 13,725 property transactions worth $11.02 billion were completed in Dubai.
Property deals show 13% volume rose and 4% value dropped compared to November 2023.

58% – 7,964 transactions worth $4.64 billion – Off-plan Properties
Compared to November 2023:
– Existing properties – volume dropped by 9%, the value dropped by 17%
– Off-plan properties – volume rose by 36%, the value rose by 22%
