– In September 2024, 17,503 property transactions worth $11,8 billion were completed in Dubai.
Property deals show 113% volume rose and 68% value increased compared to September 2023.

64% – 11,276 transactions worth $6.3 billion – Off-plan Properties
Compared to September 2023:
- Existing properties – volume rose by 12%, the value increased by 2%
- Off-plan properties – volume rose by 325%, the value increased by 262%
