– According to the ValuStrat Index (VPI)

Compared to September 2024, VPI rose by 1.9%: 

Villas – VPI rose by 2.2%

Apartments – VPI rose by 1.7%

Compared to October 2023, VPI rose by 28.3%: 

Villas – VPI rose by 32.4%

Apartments – VPI rose by 24.3%

Sales Volume

Ready – volume increaesed by 30.1%

Off-plan – volume increaesed 99.7%

Areas with the highest annual capital gains:

– Villas

  • Palm Jumeirah – 42.5%
  • Jumeirah Islands – 42.3%
  • Dubai Hills Estate – 33.7%
  • Emirates Hills – 33.1%
  • Meadows – 30.5%

– Apartments

  • The Greens – 32.4%
  • Discovery Gardens – 30.9%
  • Palm Jumeirah – 29.9%
  • Al Quoz Fourth – 28.4%
  • The Views – 28.4%
