Dubai residential capital values rose in December 2022 according to the ValuStrat Index (VPI).
Compared to February 2023, VPI rose by 0.8%:
- For Villas – by 1.1%
- For Apartments – by 0.6%
Compared to March 2022, VPI rose by 11.4%:
- For Villas – by 17.1%
- For Apartments – by 6.6%
Areas with the highest annual capital gains: Villas
- Jumeirah Islands – 21.3%
- Emirates Hills – 21.1%
- Arabian Ranches – 19.4%
Apartments
- Palm Jumeirah – 15.6%
- JBR – 11.2%
- Burj Khalifa – 8.7%
Sharjah real estate sector registered 3,386 sales transactions worth $463 million.
According to the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department:
- 17.6% – Sales Transactions
- 9.4% – Mortgage Transactions
- 73% – Other Transactions
