RTA Reminds Metro Passengers About Safety
Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has released safety guidelines to enhance passenger safety on the metro, especially during emergencies.
Special emphasis is placed on the use of Emergency Call Boxes (ECB), installed in every metro car. Additionally, all service personnel have undergone special training in first aid, and medical stations are set up at metro stations to ensure rapid response to any incidents. In emergencies, passengers can receive assistance within 10 minutes.
