The New Season of the Dubai School Games

The latest season of the Dubai School Games, the city’s largest school sports tournament, has officially begun. Under the patronage of the Dubai Sports Council, the 2024-2025 competition promises to be the biggest and most diverse in the history of the tournament.

This year, more than 9,000 students from 180 educational institutions are competing. Alongside traditional sports such as football, volleyball, basketball, rhythmic gymnastics, golf, tennis and swimming, new additions include fencing, handball, skiing, and rock climbing.

For the first time, the tournament features Unified Games for students with special needs. Registration and participation in all events are free. Competitions are hosted at iconic Dubai sports venues like Emirates Golf Club, Dubai Duty-Free Tennis Stadium, Hamdan Sports Complex, and more.
