Dubai Speeds Up Airport Customs Clearance to 4 Minutes

Clearing customs at Dubai Airport now takes less than four minutes

Dubai International Airport (DXB) has announced a significant reduction in customs clearance time. Thanks to the introduction of the innovative electronic declaration system iDeclare, passengers now need just four minutes to complete customs formalities.

The iDeclare system allows passengers to fill out their customs declarations electronically before arriving in the UAE, using a mobile app. This greatly simplifies and accelerates the customs process, eliminating the need for paper forms. 

The launch of iDeclare makes Dubai Customs the first in the region to implement a smart mobile declaration system for passengers.
