Dubai to have 9,200 new hotel rooms by the end of the 2023

The total number of rooms in Dubai by the end of 2023 will rise by 6.4% from 2022, and reach 154,000.
Internationally branded hotels – 67% of Dubai's existing rooms supply.
UAE's TOP 3 hotel operators by the number of existing rooms those planned by 2030:
- Accor: 71,820 + 49,510
- Marriott International: 63,790 + 52,790
- IHG Hotels and Resorts: 35,140 + 22,120
70% of the UAE's upcoming hotel rooms are developed in Dubai.
Dubai International Airport (DXB) topped the Airport Connectivity rankings for the Asia-Pacific and Middle East region
According to the Airports Council International report:
DXB's connectivity in 2022 increased by 17% compared to pre-pandemic 2019.
The report measures passengers' ability to access global air transport network.
DXB is connected to 255 destinations across 104 countries and 90 international airlines.
