Dubai will see 8,600+ new hotel rooms in 2024
– About 3,000 of them – in luxury hotels.
The number of new hotel rooms in 2024 is expected to be more than in 2023 and 2025 combined:
2023 – 16 hotels with 3,200 rooms
2025 est. – 16 hotels with 3,300 rooms
Notable hotel openings in 2024 include:
– One & Only One Za’abeel
– Mercure Dubai Deira
– The Lana, Dorchester Collection

2022 rose by 97% compared to 2021 – 14.4 mln people
2023 rose by 19.4% compared to 2022 – 17 mln
– Dubai International Airport (DXB) traffic
2023 – 87 mln people, which surpassed pre-pandemic levels. It is planned to reach 89 mln by 2025.
