An increase of 0.96%. Compared to July 2021, prices increased by 9.94%. – Rent Compared to June 2022, property rent price index increased by 1.46 points, from 84.19 to 85.65. An increase of 1.73%. Compared to July 2021, prices increased by 23.69%. Abu Dhabi – Sale Compared to June 2022, property sales price index increased by 0.62 points, from 78.91 to 79.53. An increase of 0.78%. Compared to July 2021, prices increased by 2.84%. – Rent Compared to June 2022, property rent price index decreased by 0.34 points, from 70.08 to 69.74. Decreased by 0.49%. Compared to July 2021, prices decreased by 0.62%.
