- Compared to May 2022, property sales price index increased by 0.27 points, from 87.28 to 87.55. An increase of 0.31%.
- Compared to June 2021, prices increased by 10.12%.
– Rent
- Compared to May 2022, property rent price index increased by 3.80 points, from 80.39 to 84.19. An increase of 2.18%.
- Compared to June 2021, prices increased by 21.65%.
Abu Dhabi – Sale
- Compared to May 2022, property sales price index increased by 0.14 points, from 78.77 to 78.91. An increase of 0.18%.
- Compared to June 2021, prices increased by 2.16%.
– Rent
- Compared to May 2022, property rent price index decreased by 0.57 points, from 70.65 to 70.08. Decreased by 0.81%.
- Compared to June 2021, prices increased by 0.12%.
