– In Dubai and Abu Dhabi for December 2022 According to the REIDIN Residential Property Price Indices Dubai – Sale Compared to November 2022, property sales price index increased by 0.54 points, from 91.92 to 91.49. An increase of 0.62%. Compared to December 2021, prices increased by 9.53%. – Rent Compared to November 2022, property rent price index increased by 1.71 points, from 92.12 to 93.83. An increase of 1.86%. Compared to December 2021, prices increased by 26.88%. Abu Dhabi – Sale Compared to November 2022, property sales price index decreased by 0.44 points, from 80.30 to 79.86. Decreased by 0.56%. Compared to December 2021, prices increased by 1.46%. – Rent Compared to November 2022, property rent price index decreased by 0.30 points, from 70.59 to 70.29. An increase of 0.43%. Compared to December 2021, prices decreased by 1.01%.
