According to the REIDIN Residential Property Price Indices (RPPIs) Dubai Sale
- Compared to February 2022, property sales price index increased by 0.65 points, from 85.96 to 85.61. An increase of 0.75%.
- Compared to March 2021, prices increased by 11.31%.
Rent
- Compared to February 2022, property rent price index increased by 1.94 points, from 76.99 to 78.93. An increase of 2.52%.
- Compared to March 2021, prices increased by 13.11%.
Abu Dhabi Sale
- Compared to February 2022, property sales price index increased by 0.24 points, from 78.65 to 78.89. An increase of 0.30%.
- Compared to March 2021, prices increased by 1.53%.
Rent
- Compared to February 2022, property rent price index decreased by 0.19 points, from 71.20 to 71.01. Decreased by 0.27%.
- Compared to March 2021, prices increased by 0.61%.
