According to the REIDIN Residential Property Price Indices (RPPIs): Dubai Sale Compared to March 2022, property sales price index increased by 0.19 points, from 85.61 to 86.80. An increase of 0.22%. Compared to April 2021, prices increased by 10.99%. Rent Compared to March 2022, property rent price index increased by 1.69 points, from 78.93 to 80.62. An increase of 2.15%. Compared to April 2021, prices increased by 16.23%. Abu Dhabi Sale Compared to March 2022, property sales price index decreased by 0.09 points, from 78.89 to 78.80. Decreased by 0.11%. Compared to April 2021, prices increased by 1.66%. Rent Compared to March 2022, property rent price index decreased by 0.23 points, from 71.01 to 70.78. Decreased by 0.31%.
