- Compared to August 2023, property rent price index increased by 1.69 points, from 105.43 to 107.12, an increase of 1.60%
- Compared to September 2022, prices increased by 20.64%
Abu Dhabi

- Compared to August 2023, property sales price index increased by 0.19 points, from 82.56 to 82.75, an increase of 0.23%
- Compared to September 2022, prices increased by 2.74%
– Rent
- Compared to August 2023, property rent price index increased by 1.07 points, from 69.98 to 71.05, an increase of 1.53%
