The company previously lowered fares by 15%, but this did not lead to an increase in ridership. The company’s head highlighted that rising operational expenses, mainly driven by increased fuel costs and the upkeep of a large fleet, remain a key challenge.

Nevertheless, the company is committed to making school transportation more affordable. Through a special program, parents can use the bus service for free for one week, allowing them to evaluate the quality and safety of the service.

The company currently serves over 92 schools and 120,000 students, operating one of the largest school bus fleets in the UAE.
