The future of Expo City Dubai: development master plan has been approved
The goal is to transform the area into a major driver of future growth for Dubai.
The plan includes:
- Residential and Office Facilities for 75,000 People
- Headquarters for Global Port Operator, DP World
- Creation of an Environment for Innovative Companies
- Modernization of the Dubai Exhibition Centre
Expo City Dubai will consist of 5 districts
1️. Expo Hills – low-density residential community
2️. Expo Fields – district focused on wellness
3️. Expo Business – hub for innovative companies
4️. Expo Downtown – featuring the Al Wasl dome, floating Terra Gardens, and Terra Tower
5️. Expo Forest – leisure areas, social and educational spaces
The plan aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and the Dubai Economic Program D33.
