Kristina Shabanova, a secondary market specialist in AX CAPITAL, needed to buy a famous building property with a price much lower than the market average.
While searching for a suitable property, Kristina spoke to one of the neighbours who joked: “If you find a unit with this price, I will buy it myself” Eventually, she could find two units and made the deals with the initial client and the neighbour.
What is more significant is the fact that the neighbour had been in the real estate business for over 30 years and owned a real estate agency. This successful cooperation with an experienced businessman made Kristina proud of her accomplishment.
