The leading Abu Dhabi developer, Aldar, will expand its presence in Dubai
Location: Sheikh Zayed Road
The company will build a commercial tower beside the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). It will include:
- Grade A Offices with a Total Area of 88,000m²
- Branded Residences
- Boutique Hotel
Aldar will also acquire the ultra-modern office building, 6 Falak, comprising 9,100m². The facility is located on one of the last freehold plots in Dubai Internet City.
The $490 million investment will be the company’s first commercial developments in Dubai.
Completion – Q4 2027
