According to a report by the financial company, Alpen Capital, the hospitality sector’s revenue in the region is expected to reach approximately $48.1 billion by 2028.

According to forecasts, by 2028, compared to 2023: 

– Revenue per Available Room: $126.6, rose by 3.3%

– UAE's Compounded Annual Growth Rate: 6.9%–11%. In the UAE: 6.9%

– Hotel Occupancy Rate: 69.3%, Compared to 64.6%
