1️. Burj Azizi – 725m

Location: Sheikh Zayed Road

Upon completion, this skyscraper will become the second tallest building in the world. The tower by Azizi Developments will feature apartments and penthouses, vertical mall, Dubai's tallest hotel and restaurant.

2️. Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences – 595m

Location: Business Bay

112-storey project by Binghatti Developers and the jewellery and wristwatch retailer, Jacob & Co. A crystal crown with spires, symbolizing Binghatti and Jacob & Co., will be installed at the top of the building. The tower will offer 1-2 bedroom residences and penthouses. 

Completion: Q2 2026

3️. Tiger Sky Tower – 532m

Location: Business Bay

The height of this skyscraper will reach 122 floors. Tiger Sky Tower will boast furnished apartments with 1–4 bedrooms and duplex penthouses. At 431 meters, the developer will place a pool, with a restaurant and rainforest situated even higher. They will be the highest of their kind in the world.

4️. Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina – 517m

The 122-storey tower is a joint project between the developer, Select Group, and the hotel brand, Six Senses. It will offer apartments with 2–4 bedrooms, penthouses, duplexes, and triplexes.

Location: Dubai Marina

Residential complex in collaboration with Swiss watch manufacturer, Franck Muller. This 106-storey skyscraper will become the world's tallest branded residential clock tower. It will feature apartments with 1–3 bedrooms, villas, and penthouses.

Completion: Q2 2027
