1️. The construction of the district began in 2008. Initially, the developers were Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding. From 2022, Emaar became the sole owner.
2️. Located between Dubai Creek and one of Dubai's main highways, Ras Al Khor Road. It borders the pink flamingo wildlife sanctuary.

3️. Divided into the island part – Creek Island, and the mainland part – Creek Beach, where one of the world's tallest buildings, Creek Tower, is set to be built.
