OMNIYAT Announces the Development of The Alba Dorchester Collection Hotel on Palm Jumeirah

Dubai’s leading developer, OMNIYAT, has unveiled plans to build a new project—The Alba Dorchester Collection Hotel—on Palm Jumeirah. Estimated at approximately $1.9 billion, the hotel promises to add a new level of luxury to Dubai’s skyline.

Designed by the world-famous Zaha Hadid Architects, The Alba is set to be a standout destination, featuring both opulent hotel rooms and exclusive residences. The development will also introduce the first-ever marine garden complex as part of the Dorchester Collection.
