The developer, Nakheel, has awarded a contract for the construction of roads in the mega project, Palm Jebel Ali
The contract includes:
- Construction of 6km Highway Between Palm Jebel Ali and Sheikh Zayed Road
- Enhancement of Al Hesah Street Connecting Dubai Coastal Area and Palm Jebel Ali
The start of sales for the first villas in the project was announced in September 2023.
