Signature Developers sells last of its penthouses in a premium high-rise, The Residences JLT, for $9.8 million.

Sale of all residential units in the Gemz project
Developer, Danube Properties, announced that all residential units in the Gemz project were sold out within hours from the start of sales. This is the developer's third project launched and sold out within last 8 months.
The UAE government has announced a new school program that will offer free education.
The program will be implemented from the 2022-23 academic year. The new generation school will target 14,000 students. The curriculum will offer subjects:
- National – Islamic and Arabic
- International – science and math
