OMNIYAT Group has unveiled a premium development division, BEYOND
The new developer will focus on innovation and sustainability.
BEYOND will build up 740 000m² of new megaproject with an area of 1 million m² on the Jumeirah coastline.
The remaining 280,000m² will be build up by other OMNIYAT divisions.
