Omniyat will add more luxury projects on Palm Jumeirah
The developer is responsible for a string of ultra premium complexes on the island: One at Palm Jumeirah, AVA and ORLA. Two more projects will be launched in 2023. Omniyat is going to invest in the Business Bay district to grow its portfolio to $2.7+ billion. The developer has recently announced the start of pre-registration in the residential complex of two towers Vela in the Burj Khalifa District. Individual units start at $8.2 million.
